Suyo Gastrofusion exceeded my expectations. From the drinks to the appetizers and entrees., The experience was great and the service was attentive throughout the night. The wings came out hot and perfectly crispy, and the blue cheese and ranch were definitely house made. I could taste the fresh herbs in it, which made such a difference. One of the standout dishes for me was the salmon with spicy Thai rice, the rice had this subtle ginger infused flavor. I genuinely don’t know how they got that flavor so perfectly balanced. I ordered the Rigatoni Salmon, and while it wasn’t an overly bold dish flavor wise, it was cooked beautifully! The salmon quality was incredible, and the little pieces of zucchini, mushrooms, and yellow squash were diced so perfectly that even the texture of the dish stood out to me. You can tell there’s real attention to detail coming from the kitchen. And the drinks? The coconut margarita was easily one of the best margaritas I’ve ever had. I originally ordered the passionfruit margarita (which was also good), but after trying my fiancé’s coconut margarita, I immediately ordered one for myself. Nice ambiance that’s without a doubt .. if want to go for the aesthetics hookah and drinks for pictures would so recommend …. Place appeared clean even watching the bartenders who was consistently wiping down and stuff .. bathrooms were decent too Now the food .. forgot my picture of the monfoguitos.. got chicken it was three little one but not like hmmm so delicious and big pieces of onion that had to go it seemed randomly placed The RigatoniRoasted Salmon dish came with nothing it described no vegetables and just so much cheese and it was three added pieces of shrimp honestly no flavor to me and they gave linguini instead The sweet banana mofongo was good my partner got that Food could of done better The bartender was kind but you can tell he don’t know the food cause when we asked he said it was good to everything we asked 🥴 Hookah is $40 The plan was to attend happy hour but nothing on there was wanted at the time Drinks are cute and taste decent

I loved the atmosphere! My Bam Bam Shrimp was delicious. I’ll definitely come back! We had empanadas with chips and guacamole/mango for appetizers - yum! They went fast!
